C4ISTR is an aerospace engineering and project management company that executes major capital acquisition programs for strategic surveillance aircraft and related systems.

On behalf of our customers we provide a turn-key program management office to assist governments and corporations with their oversight of prime contractors, staffing a complete organization required to procure airworthy aerospace products that exceed operational expectations. We manage the development of specifications, facilitate bid evaluations, engage in minor sub-contracting to procure prototypes and support equipment, conduct technical investigations and engineering services, and perform customer acceptance testing of the aircraft, its systems and infrastructure. We assist our customers with transitioning into service and performing through-life integrated logistics and asset management.
